Engineering Operations
Manager to work within our
Minerals and Metals Engineering and Process. As discipline manager
for Engineering Management and Document Control, you will report to
the Manager – Engineering, with your peers being specialist in their
respective technical fields.
YyYou will have extensive experience
having led engineering teams in delivering high value mineral
processing projects and have held the position of Engineering
Manager on EPCM projects. You will have a strong knowledge of
engineering projects and systems, demonstrated through practical
application on executed EPCM projects.
YoYou will be outcome driven with
a proven record of removing roadblocks that confront engineering
teams. You will have a focus on holding people to account and be
committed to delivering projects safely, to budget, plan and
quality. To be successful in this position you will hold formal
qualifications in a related engineering discipline, extensive proven
industry experience working with multi-discipline engineers on major
EPCM projects and extensive knowledge of the minerals processing
industry. Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and build mutually
beneficial relations with internal and external clients is
essential. The role will encompass the continual development of
existing company Engineering Managers coupled with the
identification, and development of potential Engineering Managers
within the organisation.
