ENGINEERING PLACEMENTS ON THE NET,  PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING PLACEMENTS,  ( PEP ) PROFESSIONAL EXECUTIVE PLACEMENTS, BLACKENGINEERS.ORG AND BLACKENGINEERS.NET, WILL NOT ACCEPT A CV FROM ANY CANDIDATE IF SUCH A CV CONTAINS A PREDICTIVE INDEX PERSONALITY PROFILING REPORT. 

THE APPLICANT WILL HAVE HIS APPLICATION TURNED DOWN, AND THE CV DESTROYED 

AN UNDERTAKING MUST ALSO BE GIVEN BY ANY COMPANY - CLIENT WHO REQUESTS US TO FIND A CANDIDATE, THAT NO PREDICTIVE INDEX REPORT WILL BE REQUESTED OR DONE.

THESE MEASURES HAVE HAD TO BE TAKEN IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN, CONSULTANTS AND STAFF AND POTENTIAL CANDIDATES FROM THE COMPANY SELLING SUCH REPORTS. THIS IS IN VIEW OF AN UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL ACTION, MALICIOUS PROSECUTION  AND ATTACK ON THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF PEP AND HEAD OF A NUMBER OF PROFESSIONAL BODIES BY THE COMPANY SELLING SUCH SERVICES. 

ANY MEMBER WHO HAS ATTACHED SUCH A REPORT TO HIS CV DURING THE LAST 10 YEARS IS ASKED TO CONTACT PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING PLACEMENTS / PROFESSIONAL EXECUTIVE PLACEMENTS AND RESUBMIT HIS APPLICATION, AS HIS ORIGINAL WILL BE DESTROYED.
